The 2024 Democratic Presidential Primary is set for Saturday, March 23, from 8 a.m. to noon. Voting will be held in the Grundy County Courthouse, 1st Floor Conference Room.
Any registered voter is eligible to participate unless they are registered with another political party or voted in the Republican primary earlier in March. Voters must present a voter registration card or a form of identification, such as a piece of mail, which shows the voter’s current name and address. In the event a county does not have a polling place, voters may vote in Grundy County or another county where a voting location is available. The primary will determine the number of delegates each presidential candidate on the ballot will receive in Grundy County. These delegates will be chosen at the county caucus on April 16. To participate in the Democratic county caucus, you must have voted in this Democratic primary.
