The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Trenton man Tuesday night.
The Patrol accuses thirty-one-year-old Jeremy Hamilton of the felonies of driving while intoxicated persistent offender as well as driving while revoked, third or subsequent offense.
He was brought to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center for a 24-hour hold.
