Chillicothe Police Department to participate in “Click It or Ticket” enforcement
The Chillicothe Police Department plans to participate in a statewide law enforcement effort Thursday, April 12 to encourage seat belt usage. Chillicothe police Sergeant Jeremy Stephens said motorists should be prepared for increased “Click It or Ticket” enforcement. Sergeant Stephens said the department is reminding the public that seatbelts can, and do, save lives.
