The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports that one of its fugitives featured in last Friday’s alert has surrendered. Ashley Nichole Wilson, 36, turned herself in on March 27. Wilson allegedly violated her probation related to a misdemeanor charge for breaching an order of protection.
Following her surrender, Wilson posted a bond set at $5,000, payable in cash only. She is now scheduled to appear in the Associate Division of the Grundy County Circuit Court on April 9.
Meanwhile, the Sheriff’s Office has indicated that Timothy Ledbetter, 38, another individual highlighted in the same weekly alert, remains at large. Ledbetter is wanted on a Grundy County probation violation arrest warrant.
