The Grundy County Extension Office will be closed until April 13th due to concerns about personal health and public safety. An assessment is to be made at that time concerning safety.
Until further notice, private applicators will not be allowed to visit the Extension Office to watch the DVD to recertify. There are only two methods of approved training for growers. One is online via Zoom, and the other is an open book test, which will be graded. Call Meridith Berry for more information at 816-343-8294.
Anyone needing soil tested should visit the Grundy County Extension Office website. Instructions are available for collecting and sending in samples to the soil lab on the campus of the University of Missouri of Columbia.
