17-year-old Milan girl injured in rollover crash on Route E

In an accident in Sullivan County, Missouri, a 17-year-old from Milan sustained minor injuries after her car, a 2018 Ford Focus, veered off the road, struck an embankment, and overturned. The incident occurred on Route E, approximately four miles west of Milan, at around 5:50 p.m. on March 28, 2024.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the young driver was traveling northbound when her vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway. After striking an embankment, the vehicle overturned, resulting in total damage. The Missouri State Highway Patrol report confirmed that the driver was wearing her seat belt at the time of the accident.

The teenager was transported by Sullivan County Ambulance to Sullivan County Memorial Hospital for treatment of her injuries. Littrell’s towing service was called to the scene to tow the heavily damaged vehicle.

Assistance at the accident site was provided by the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department, Milan Fire and Rescue, and Sullivan County Ambulance.
