Chillicothe Police arrest two on property damage and a warrant

The Chillicothe Police Department has released a report of calls on Monday and Tuesday morning. The CPD is reporting two arrests.

Officers received a report of theft in the 1300 block of Third Street.  This investigation is on-going.

Chillicothe police responded to a report of a dog at large in the 700 block of Missouri Avenue. Officers cited Cortney Jones for allowing her dog to run at large.

A report of a disturbance in the 300 block of East Jackson caused officers to respond. As a result of the investigation, Officers arrested Haley Sears for property damage. She was processed at the police department, cited, and released.

In anther incident, Officers arrested Michael C. Lewis in the 400 block of North Washington Street on a Livingston County warrant for failing to obey a judge’s orders.

Lewis was also arrested for possession of less than 35 grams marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was processed at the police department and transferred to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail.
