Massive drug raid in Chillicothe results in arrests and issuance of 30 warrants

An operation conducted by the Chillicothe Police Department Thursday resulted in the conclusion of a lengthy narcotics investigation as well as the issuance of 30 Livingston County arrest warrants on drug charges and the seizure of narcotics.

Detective John Maples reports the multiple subjects have arrest warrants stemming from an ongoing investigation.

Those charged with distribution of a controlled substance in a protected location include 39 year old Billy Rist, Junior of Chillicothe on three counts with a $100,000 cash bond; 58 year old Michael Moore of Chillicothe, 33 year old Buddy Harris of Chillicothe, and 26 year old Tiffany Masuch of Chillicothe with $50,000 cash bonds as well as 42 year old Lee Hair of Chillicothe with a cash bond of $85,000 on two counts; and 33 year old George Andrew Depler, Junior of Kansas City with a $25,000 cash bond, 37 year old Brandy Warren of Chillicothe with a $35,000 cash bond, and 31 year old Kailean Volker of Chillicothe with a $10,000 cash bond on one count.

Those charged with possession of a controlled substance include 23 year old Raven Pittman of Chillicothe with a $5,000 bond on two counts and 29 year old Michael Gatson of Chillicothe as well as 29 year old Thomas Gamble of Hale with $10,000 bonds and 27 year old James Nichols of Chillicothe as well as 27 year old Colbi Stottlemyre of Chillicothe with $5,000 bonds on one count.

Twenty-five-year-old Marlon Gilbert of Saint Joseph was charged with three counts of distribution of a controlled substance with a $35,000 bond.

Nineteen-year-old Malachi Stacy of Cameron was arrested on one count of delivery of a controlled substance with a $10,000 bond.

Twenty-five year old Tyler Gibson of Saint Joseph, as well as 26-year-old Michaela Mathews of Chillicothe, were arrested on one count of distributing an imitation controlled substance, and both have bonds of $5,000.

Twenty-nine-year-old James Nichols was arrested on one count of a controlled substance with a $5,000 bond.

Three subjects from Chillicothe were arrested after criminal activity was discovered.

They were John Vatteroni for driving while intoxicated and driving without a license, 58-year-old Sharon Phillips on two counts of distribution of a controlled substance in a protected area, and 41-year-old Anyssa Rhoton on one count of possession of a controlled substance.

Four subjects from Chillicothe are being sought and have active arrest warrants.

Nineteen-year-old Tehya Kelly has a Livingston County warrant for a probation violation of distribution of a controlled substance with no bond.

Forty-eight-year-old Lloyd Swift of Chillicothe has a Livingston County warrant for a probation warrant on the original charge of driving while intoxicated with a person less than 17 years of age in the vehicle with a $1,000 bond.

Thirty-five-year-old Travis Anderson for two counts of stealing a controlled substance and a parole violation for dangerous drugs.

Thirty-year-old Jared Livenwood for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with a $15,000 bond.

Detective Maples thanked the citizens of Chillicothe for tips as well as area merchants, Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney Adam Warren, Livingston County Associate Judge James Valbracht, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, and the Brookfield Police Department.
