The Jamesport City Council accepted a bid to clean city hall at their latest meeting.
The approved bid was from Blanche Archers for $175 per week which was the only bid.
The council voted to add three street lights. Two street lights will be added south of Charles Street, and one will be added east of Broadway.
The impending water rate hike from Livingston County Public Water Supply District Number 4 was discussed. The council agreed to allow Missouri Rural Water Association to conduct a water rate survey for Jamesport.
