An artist who was named Songwriter of the Year three times by the Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music in America will perform in Trenton and Gallatin. Daryl Mosley is set to perform at the Trenton Church of the Nazarene on April 13 at 6 p.m. and the Gallatin United Methodist Church on April 14 at 7 p.m.

The concerts offer an intimate opportunity to hear his songs and the stories of the people and events that inspired them.

Mosley has made appearances on the Grand Ole Opry and at the Bluebird Cafe. He has been featured on television shows, including “American Idol” and “The View.” He maintains a touring schedule of more than 150 concerts per year and has been singing and sharing his stories for over 30 years.

Ten of Mosley’s songs have reached number one. His song “Ask the Blind Man (He Saw It All)” was named one of the top Southern Gospel songs of all time. His compositions have been recorded by dozens of artists, including bluegrass legend Bobby Osborne, country singer Lynn Anderson, and Southern Gospel’s The Booth Brothers.

Love offerings will be collected at the concerts in Trenton on April 13 and in Gallatin on April 14.
