A Chillicothe woman was arrested Sunday at 1:42 p.m. in Carroll County.
The Highway Patrol reported that 49-year-old Nicki Lynn Swank was taken into custody on a felony probation violation warrant, issued by the Missouri Parole Board. She was also accused of felony possession of a controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine.
Swank was held at the Ray County Jail without bond.
She had been sentenced to seven years with the Missouri Department of Corrections for a drug possession conviction in 2019, in Livingston County.
