Chillicothe police officers made an arrest after making a traffic stop at approximately 12:30 Tuesday, July 19.
The driver of the vehicle, Anthony J. Brown, 40, was stopped in the 100 block of Third Street where he was arrested for allegedly being in possession of methamphetamine.
Brown was transported to the Chillicothe Police Department where he was processed, then transported to the Daviess-DeKalb Jail, where he is being held on $50,000 cash only bond.
Brown is scheduled to appear in court at 9:30 a.m. on July 27.
