A Leisure Lake resident, 19-year old Tristan Vencill, has been arrested on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle. Vencill is accused of defacing a car (Pontiac Grand Am) belonging to Lawrence Allen on April 2nd.
Bond for Vencill is $15,000 pending his Tuesday, May 24th appearance in the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court.
