A blood drive is coming up next month in Trenton as the Community Blood Center will stop at the North 65 Center on Monday, April 10th.
Blood donations will be accepted that day from 12 noon until 6 o’clock in the evening.
That blood drive is locally sponsored by the RSVP and the Trenton Lions Club.
Appointments locally can be made with the Edna Foster of the RSVP office in Trenton at 359 3836. Online appointments can be made at the website esavealifenow.org and sponsor code Trentoncomm
Blood donors must be at least 17 years of age; (those age 16 will need parental consent). Donors must weigh a minimum of 110 pounds. Donors also are to provide photo identification or a non-photo ID with first and last name and their signature.
Eight weeks are required between whole blood donations.
