The annual Princeton Community-Wide Garage Sale and Cleanup will be held on the first Saturday of next month.
Individuals may set up around the Princeton square for no charge. Maps of the May 5th garage sale locations will be available at The Famous.
To list a garage sale on the map, and in a newspaper ad, contact Donna Herdrich at Princeton at 660-748-4445. The Princeton chamber asks for a donation of $5 to help defray the cost of the maps and the ad.
Other activities are also planned for that day May 5th.
The Princeton Growers Group is planning a fundraiser that evening with tentative details including an eat what you want pay what you want dinner at 6 o’clock at the Princeton Senior Center. The menu will be locally raised Smoked Lamb, Homemade Potato Salad, Baked Beans and Homemade Desserts. A second meat selection is possible.
From 6:30-7:30 there will be live music on the bandstand, at 7:30 a raffle drawing for prizes. Popcorn will be available at The Famous.
