A Galt resident was injured last night when her car and a pickup truck were involved in a traffic accident one mile north of Dunlap in Grundy county.
The highway patrol reports 19-year-old Morgan Ronayne of Galt sustained minor injuries and was transported by a third party to Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton.
The report indicates Ms. Ronayne was eastbound and a pickup operated by 20-year-old Destin Gann of Galt was westbound. A trooper said both vehicles were traveling on Northeast 30th Street when they met at the top of a hillcrest. The report noted Gann steered to the right as Ms. Ronayne steered to the left.
The impact left both vehicles with moderate damage and both drivers were using seat belts.
