A truck driver was injured last night in Harrison County when according to the highway patrol, a northbound tractor-trailer went off the right side of Interstate 35, struck a MoDOT sign, and overturned onto its passenger side.
The highway patrol listed injuries as minor for 55-year-old Gregory Johnson of Kansas City, Kansas and he refused medical treatment.
The accident, six miles to the north of Bethany, demolished the big rig in the 10:45 crash Thursday night.
The driver was using a seat belt.
