Winterfest in Unionville set for December 5, 2020

Various activities will be held as part of Winterfest on the Unionville Square on December 5th.

The schedule begins with a memorial ceremony at the museum at 3 o’clock. The afternoon will also include a living nativity, a Polar Express train on the courthouse lawn, visits with Santa outside the library, carnival games on the south side of the square, and food and craft vendors at the Bixler and courthouse.

Storytime will be offered at the library at 4:15 and 4:50. Live music will be broadcast from the library foyer, and living windows will be on display around the square.  The Parade of Lights will begin at the Unionville City Park at 6:30 and go to the square. There will also be a holiday planter contest on December 5 with those attending able to vote for their favorite.

Attendees are asked to social distance or wear a mask.

The Unionville Rotary, Unionville Lions, Market on the Square, PC Historical Society, and Unionville Historic Square, Incorporated organized Winterfest.
