The winners of the Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce’s Missouri Day Yard and Porch Decorating Contest were announced at the festival’s opening ceremony.
In the business category, GFG received first place, and Sunnyview placed second. In the residential category, Pam Klaver placed first for the decorating at 2306 Fisherman Road. Barb Hawkins placed second for her entry at 614 Town and Country Lane.
The winners of the window decorating contest were also announced at the opening ceremony for the Missouri Day Festival Thursday night.
The Grundy County Courthouse received first place with Preceptor Nu’s display at Citizens Bank and Trust receiving second.
