Wabash BBQ LLC., which is headquartered in Excelsior Springs, Missouri will be purchasing the building at Chillicothe where the business operates a restaurant.
The company has leased the building from the City of Chillicothe for several years with an option to purchase the structure.
Wabash BBQ LLC. is exercising the option to purchase the building at One Elm Street,which is an old depot.
The purchase price is slightly over $61,400 with closing expected to be the morning of August 15th.
The Chillicothe City Council has approved an ordinance authorizing the transaction.
