The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two Trenton residents for probation violations on Tuesday.
The Highway Patrol arrested 32-year-old Dorothy Kathryn Archuleta. Her bond is $15,000 cash or corporate surety, and she is scheduled for Division One of the circuit court Thursday.
Archuleta’s original charge was felony possession of a controlled substance.
The Independence Police Department arrested 23-year-old Frederick Pannell, Junior and returned him to Grundy County.
His bond is $5,000 cash only, and he is scheduled for the Associate Division of circuit court September 12th.
Pannell was originally charged with the misdemeanors of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
