Two unrelated arrests are among the reports this morning from the Grundy County sheriff’s office.

35-year-old Caleb Ray Ingraham of Trenton was arrested Friday and charged with a felony: domestic assault – third subsequent offense.

Ingraham is accused of causing physical contact last Thursday, August 4th with a household member, Donell Frisk, allegedly knowing the contact would be considered offensive.

Ingraham was being held in jail in lieu of $15,000 dollars cash bond. He’s to appear Tuesday, August 9 in the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court.

The warrant information shows Ingraham has pleaded guilty to domestic assault charges in July of last year and in March of 2008.

A Trenton woman, 20-year-old Tristan Greer, has been arrested on a warrant accusing probation violation. Bond is $15,000 dollars cash pending her appearance August 18th in division one of the Grundy County Circuit Court.

The probation has been suspended until further order of the court. Ms. Greer had been placed on the probation last month after receiving a suspended five-year sentence in Grundy County.

The original charge was possession of a controlled substance.
