Chillicothe police officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle non-injury traffic crash in the 1200 block of N. Washington Street.
A motorcycle driven by Jacob I. Brown collided with a van driven by George M. Stevens after Stevens pulled out in front of Brown from a private drive. Brown’s motorcycle was towed by a private party.
Brown was issued a citation for operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle license involving a traffic crash. Stevens was issued a citation for failure to yield the right-of-way involving a traffic crash.
Officers were assisted by the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services
