The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two Ludlow residents on felony charges of distribution, delivery, manufacture, produce or attempt to or possess with the intent of a controlled substance.
Thirty-six-year-old Scott Shaver and 29-year-old Jordan Riggins were arrested Sunday.
Both were transferred to the Caldwell County Sheriff in lieu of a $75,000 bond.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
