Two arrested on probation violation, failure to appear charges

A 40-year-old Humphreys resident, Brian McDonald, has been charged in Grundy County with violating two probations.

McDonald has posted bond and is to appear August 23rd in Associate Division of Grundy County circuit court.

27-year-old Jessica Rinehart of Kellog, Iowa has been charged in Grundy County with failure to appear in court for a probation violation hearing. Her bond is $15 thousand dollars cash only.

Ms. Rinehart is to appear next Thursday, July 14, in Division One of Grundy County circuit court.
