Two persons from Wichita, Kansas – arrested at mid-day Sunday by the Highway Patrol – are to be arraigned today on felony drug related charges when they appear in the Daviess County, Associate Division of Circuit Court.
Warrants were issued accusing 22 year old Marquis Leeks and 27-year-old Sarena Oliver with distribution of a controlled substance, or an alleged attempt to do so, as well as possession of a controlled substance.
Bonds are 75 thousand dollars each pending their arraignments at 9 o’clock April 5th, before Judge Daren Adkins in Daviess County Circuit Court in Gallatin.
