A two-day jury trial has been scheduled in Linn County for a Macon man charged with 118 felony counts related to child sex crimes.
Online court information shows Kenneth Harper’s trial is to begin June 13th. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for May 3rd.
The court ordered any propensity motions to be heard on April 5th.
Harper’s charges include multiple counts of child molestation, statutory sodomy, and statutory rape. He pleaded not guilty to the charges in October.
The alleged incidents happened from 1996 to 2010. The court ordered the probable cause statement to be kept confidential to protect the victims’ rights.
