A Trenton resident was placed on probation when she appeared earlier this week in the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court.
Janette Raymo pleaded guilty when the prosecutor amended a charge to a misdemeanor of failure to return rented personal property. The court followed a plea agreement and suspended imposition of sentence, placing her on six months probation.
Conditions include paying restitution of $592 to the prosecuting attorney’s office; donate $100 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund, and pay court costs.
