Two arrests are in a report this morning from the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department.
33-year-old Cassie Leeper of Trenton faces two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance. Authorities accuse her of possessing methamphetamine and oxycodone . Bond was set at 15 thousand dollars cash following her arrest yesterday by police.
A Jamesport man, 63-year-old John McMillan, has been charged with two misdemeanors: sexual misconduct in the first degree and driving while intoxicated.
McMillan was arrested Friday and has posted three thousand dollars bond.
The court information shows McMillan was accused of exposing his genitals under circumstances in which he knew the conduct was likely to cause an affront or alarm. He was arrested on the DWI charge on Route A.
Both Cassie Leeper and John McMillan are to appear June 28th in the associate division of Grundy County Circuit Court.
