The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Trenton resident Wednesday on a capias warrant for failure to appear in court.
Twenty-eight-year-old Josy Simmons has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less or marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid.
Bond is $2,500, 10% cash approved, and she is scheduled for Division One of Circuit Court on February 13th.
