The Trenton R-9 board of education, following an executive session for personnel last evening, hired a teacher for 8th grade science next year.
According to Middle School Principal Dustin Jenkerson, the new teacher at Trenton, Julia Walton, previously taught in Reedsburg Area High School in Reedsburg Wisconsin for the 2014-2015 academic year. She was graduated from University of Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2009 with a Bachelors in Anthropology and obtained her Science teaching certificate in 2014 also from University of Milwaukee.
