The Trenton Police Department reports it identified six violations on Thursday night in regards to Halloween restrictions for sexual offenders as outlined by city ordinance and state statute.
Incident reports for the violations are to be prepared and forwarded to the prosecutor.
The Trenton Police Department conducted random compliance checks at more than 20 residences in an effort to ensure sex offenders followed the law on Halloween.
