The Trenton Police Department reports 22 nuisances have been filed so far this year which is up by six from this time in 2019.
A Nuisance Summary shows the greatest number of violations for 2020 include trash and debris with nine. There are seven nuisance violation reports for unregistered vehicles and six for open storage of a disabled vehicle.
The summary indicates 10 violations are active, 11 have been cleared, and one has been prosecuted. There were 33 nuisance-related cases on the municipal court docket as of Friday, February 21, 2020.
