Trenton Police Department arrest man for motor vehicle crimes

The Trenton Police Department arrested a Wyaconda man for motor vehicle crimes Thursday.

The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports 32-year-old Joseph Abram Kincaid was charged with the felonies of first degree tampering with a motor vehicle as well as stealing a motor vehicle. His bond is $15,000 cash only, and he is scheduled for the Associate Division of circuit court October 24th.

Court documents accuse Kincaid of defacing and/or operating a van belonging to the Green Hills Community Action Agency without the consent of the owner.

Documents also accuse him of appropriating various hand and power tools with a value between $500 and $2,500 without the consent of the Green Hills Community Action Agency.
