The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission will hear two requests next month.
The public hearings will be held at the Trenton City Hall the night of October 2nd at 7 o’clock.
Evelyn Trickel, in care of the Green Hills Women’s Shelter, requests a minor subdivision to sell about three and three-quarter acres to allow for the development of a new Women’s Shelter at 317 Johnson Drive.
Trickel also requests a rezone of property from heavy industry to mixed use to meet permissible use requirements to allow for the construction of a Women’s Shelter.
