The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission will hear requests from Orscheln Property Management in care of Crockett Engineering regarding a property at 1840 East 28th Street in March.
A public hearing will be held at the Trenton City Hall on the night of March 16th at 7 o’clock.
The requests will involve a conditional use permit to allow for the physical improvements to land to be subdivided and approval of the final plat on the 28th Street property.
