Two requests received approval after hearings last night held at the Trenton City Hall.
The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a request for a change in zoning at 201 West 10th Street to allow Craig Wiens to re-open Snappy’s Tavern L L C.
The recommendation will be forwarded to the Trenton City Council since it involves a change in zoning from one and two family dwelling, lower density, to the category of downtown business.
The commission last night approved a minor subdivision in the Grandview addition – dividing one lot into two parcels to allow for the sale of a duplex. The request was made by Joe and Sarah DeVorss. No further action is needed on this change.
