A Trenton man, facing a charge of manslaughter, has waived a preliminary hearing in the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court.
Russel Lee Louderback is charged with manslaughter in the second degree stemming from a traffic accident west of Trenton on June 13th that took the life of Eric Virtue. The case was bound over to next months’ session in Division One of Grundy County Circuit Court. He’s scheduled for an arraignment January 16th before Circuit Court Judge Thomas Alley.
Stanley Patterson of Trenton waived a preliminary hearing on felony charges of possessing a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Patterson is scheduled to be in Division One of the circuit court on December 12.
