The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports a Trenton man turned himself in Monday on a misdemeanor violation of an order of protection for an adult.
Bond for 36-year-old Timothy Nguyen is $5,000 cash only, and he was scheduled for the Associate Division of Circuit Court today (Tuesday).
Court documents accuse him of violating the terms and conditions of an order by initiating communication with a confidential victim by sending text messages and calling numerous times.
