Trenton man pleads guilty to DWI

Among cases this week in the Associate Division of circuit court, Trenton resident Shawn Howell pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving while intoxicated—a misdemeanor—February 3rd.

Imposition of sentence was suspended and Howell was placed on two years probation. Among the conditions is to pay recoupment fees of 146 dollars; make a 100 dollar to the law enforcement fund, and pay court costs of 116 dollars.
