A Trenton man, 55-year-old James Lewellen, has been charged in Grundy County with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lewellen is accused of possessing a digital scale with intent to use it to introduce a controlled substance into the human body.
Lewellen posted $2,500 bond and is to appear November 22nd in Associate Division of Grundy County circuit court.
23-year old Sara Sparks of Milan is to appear today in Division One of Grundy County circuit court on a charge accusing her of probation violation. Bond was set at $15,000 cash only.
Ms. Sparks was arrested Monday in Polk County, Iowa and waived extradition to Grundy County.
