Trenton man charged with multiple offenses

A 22-year-old Trenton resident, Frederick Pannell Junior, has been charged in Grundy County with three misdemeanor counts accusing him with possessing drug paraphernalia with intent to use it, possession of fewer than 35 grams of marijuana, and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child less than seventeen by failing to provide a safe environment on April 13th.

In the misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge, Pannell is accused of possessing a bong with intent to introduce a controlled substance into the human body.

Pannell posted bond and is to appear in Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court July 12th.
