Trenton man arrested on probation violation

A Trenton resident, 21-year-old Alexander James Curtis, is to be in circuit court next month for a hearing after he was arrested on a warrant alleging probation violation.

In March, Curtis received a suspended sentence and was placed on probation in connection with original charges of possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary.

Curtis was being held at the Grundy county detention center on $15,000 cash only, bond; pending a September 15th appearance in Division one of the Grundy County Circuit Court.
