The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Trenton man Tuesday on a felony charge of operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license, third or subsequent offense.
Bond for 25-year-old Jack Richard Gathercole is $10,000 cash or corporate surety only, and he is scheduled for the associate division of circuit court February 13th. Court documents accuse Gathercole of operating a 2006 Chrysler in Grundy County during a time he did not have a valid operator’s license.
Gathercole was previously convicted in Grundy County Circuit Court of driving without a valid operator’s license in March 2017 and of driving without a valid license in May 2015.
