A Trenton man has been arrested after allegations were made accusing him of sexual intercourse without the consent of another person.
31-year-old Jonathan Allen McAtee faces charges of rape in the second degree stemming from an incident reportedly on November 29th. He was arrested by Trenton police on Saturday and a bond of $15,000 dollars cash has been posted.
McAtee is out on bond pending an appearance December 13th in the associate division of the Grundy County Circuit Court at Trenton.
The court case identifies the victim only by initials.
