The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest and extradition of a Trenton man on a drug allegation.
Twenty-year-old Brandon Wade Maberry was arrested in Boone County Thursday on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid. He was extradited to Grundy County Friday.
Maberry’s bond is $10,000 cash only, and he is scheduled for the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court October 23rd.
Court documents accuse Maberry of possessing more than 35 grams of marijuana.
