The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Trenton man for assault and property damage.
Twenty-five-year old Mickeal Dale Hogan was arrested for the misdemeanors of fourth-degree domestic assault and second-degree property damage Saturday. He posted his bond of $4,000 cash or corporate surety.
He is scheduled for the Associate Division of circuit court September 12th.
Court documents accuse Hogan of causing physical contact to a female household member knowing she would regard such conduct as offensive and damaging the female’s pickup by kicking its side.
