Trenton firefighters disconnected power to a furnace and shut-off natural gas to the residence after a high level of natural gas was measured at 1510 Nichols.
Firefighters used a ventilation fan to help remove the gas odor from the residence with the occupants advised to contact a furnace repair person.
The owner of the residence was listed as Katie Minor with the occupant listed as Todd grooms. Firefighters were on the scene approximately 30-minutes Friday night.
