The Trenton City Council will consider approval of an ordinance next week regarding the Real Property Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act for the city.
The council will meet at the Trenton City Hall Monday night at 7 o’clock.
The ordinance would adopt procedures for soliciting bids for tax increment financing projects under the act. Other items on the agenda include an update from informational technology provider Strategy as well as discussion of cash reserve policy and incremental raises.
