The Trenton Board of Adjustments and Planning and Zoning Commission approved requests at public hearings Monday night.
The Board of Adjustments hearing involved a request from Jose Barron Junior on a 10-foot variance on the required 15-foot side yard setback next to a street to allow for a storage building at 200 Harris Avenue.
The Planning and Zoning Commission hearing involved a request from James and Margaret Bush for a minor sub-division at 1860 East 16th Street.
No further action is needed on either request.
